Good Friday

As scheduled, I took a vacation day. It was gloriously sunny, and I spent the morning reading and thinking about paper #3, then catching up on chores while listening to course lectures. Late in the afternoon, I met up with D at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden: Lilacs, cherry blossoms, hyacinths, magnolias, daffodils, primroses, pansies, tulips.... I got to the Financial District just in time to catch the Good Friday service at St. Paul's chapel.
